Requirements to Purchase from CocoDelux.com
To place a valid order for Coco’ De Lux products on our website or by phone,
You must meet the following requirements:
1. You are 18 years of age or older, and if ordering on behalf of a company, you are authorized to enter into agreements for that company.
2. You are an end user and do not intend to resell the product(s).
3. You guarantee that all information you provide to Coco’ De Lux in your order is accurate and complete.
Payment Options and Taxes
Coco’ De Lux currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
In accordance with state law, if an item is subject to sales tax, it will be calculated
based on the applicable rate for your shipping address at the time of purchase.
Discreet Delivery and Free Shipping
Coco’ De Lux products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for your privacy.
Orders are shipped from “CDL Fulfillment” and billed from Coco’ De Lux.
Free USPS First-Class Shipping is available on all orders shipped within the continental U.S.
For shipments outside the continental U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations, Coco’ De Lux will display applicable shipping rates at checkout. Orders typically ship by
the close of the next business day once payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation
with tracking information when your order has been handed to the carrier. If you do not see this message, please check your spam or junk folder. Incomplete or incorrect billing details may cause processing delays.
If your shipping address differs from your billing address, additional verification may also delay fulfillment.
You can track your shipment using the carrier tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email from Coco’ De Lux.
Customer Satisfaction Policy
Coco’ De Lux products are classified as personal care items and, for health and safety reasons, cannot be returned or resold once opened. We are confident that you will love your Coco’ De Lux purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us at support@cocodelux.com before disposing of the product. Our quality-control team may request a return sample for investigation. To begin the process, please verify that your item was purchased directly from CocoDelux.com or an authorized retailer and provide your order number or proof of purchase along with a brief explanation of your concern.

Orders shipped within the continental U.S. via USPS First Class typically arrive within
4 – 10 business days, often sooner if placed before 9 a.m. local time.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder. Delivery estimates are based on the most current data available from the carrier.
Occasionally USPS tracking updates may appear delayed or inaccurate — please allow 5 – 10 days
for delivery. Weather, holidays, or carrier volume may affect delivery times.
Where can I ship my order?
Coco’ De Lux ships to addresses within the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and now also Canada and the EU.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has been submitted, the shipping address cannot be changed.
